2003 HS NCT Results

Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (Alexandria, VA) went undefeated in the playoff rounds and defeated Paul M. Dorman High School (Roebuck, SC) in the final 370-205 to win its first NAQT High School National Championship. Defending champion St. John's School (Houston, TX) finished third with Walton High School (Marietta, GA) taking fourth place.

In the contest for the Top Small School, Cutter Morning Star HS (Hot Springs, AR) defeated Westmont Hilltop HS (Johnstown, PA) 250-220 in a thrilling final. Defending champion Kent City (MI) HS finished third.
