2013 NAQT High School National Championship Results

The Liberal Arts and Sciences Academy of Austin, Texas, defeated Ladue Horton Watkins High School of St. Louis, Missouri by a score of 455–440 in the final to claim the 2013 NAQT High School National Championship. Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL) finished third, while St. John’s School (Houston, TX) claimed fourth place. Cistercian Preparatory School (Irving, TX), the Illinois Math and Science Academy (Aurora, IL), and Montgomery Blair High School (Silver Spring, MD) finished in a tie for fifth place.

In the Small School Division, Macomb (IL) High School defeated defending champion Beachwood (OH) High School 405–75 in the final. Harmony Science Academy-North Austin (Pflugerville, TX) claimed third place with a win over Russell (KY) High School.

The tournament, held at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta hotel, ran from May 24–26 and featured 256 teams from 203 schools located in 33 states plus the District of Columbia, Canada, and China. NAQT would like to thank all of the volunteer staffers who helped make the tournament a success.
