SSNCT Participation Discount $100.00 per team  
Cancellation: 10% Fee $69.50 per teamfrom April 13, 2020 until May 1, 2020Notwithstanding this fee, teams will always have seven days from when they register in which to cancel without penalty.

Cancellation: 50% Fee $347.50 per teamfrom May 1, 2020 until May 17, 2020Notwithstanding this fee, teams will always have seven days from when they register in which to cancel without penalty.

Cancellation: 75% Fee $521.25 per teamfrom May 17, 2020 until May 23, 2020Notwithstanding this fee, teams will always have seven days from when they register in which to cancel without penalty.

Team-Provided Staff Cancellation Fee $100.00 eachfrom April 18, 2020 until May 23, 2020Only NAQT may apply this fee.

In addition to the listed cancellation fees, one week after the field first fills, a 50% cancellation fee ($347.50) will take effect. Registered teams will be reminded of this when the field first fills.

This tournament has a minimum fee of $0.00 per team.

Teams’ rosters must be finalized by Thursday, May 14, 2020.
