| New Program Discount | $50.00 | per team | from August 13, 2019 until January 25, 2020 | Must be approved by the tournament director. Teams that are new as of the 2018 - 2019 school year are eligible. No other discounts may be used. |
| Early Registration Discount | $20.00 | per team | from August 13, 2019 until November 1, 2019 | |
| Buzzer System Discount | $10.00 | each | from August 13, 2019 until January 25, 2020 | One discount per team. |
| Multiple-Team Discount | $10.00 | per team after the first | from August 13, 2019 until January 25, 2020 | |
| Cancellation Fee | $50.00 | per team | from February 7, 2020 until February 15, 2020 | Notwithstanding this fee, teams will always have seven days from when they register in which to cancel without penalty. Any teams that cancel within one week of the tournament will be charged a cancellation fee. |
This tournament has a minimum fee of $50.00 per team.
Teams’ rosters must be finalized by Friday, January 31, 2020.
