These are the registration fees, discounts, and fees offered for the Aggie Academic Challenge:
|Base Registration Fee||$100.00||per team|
|New Program Discount||$50.00||per team||from August 13, 2019 until January 25, 2020||Must be approved by the tournament director.|
Teams that are new as of the 2018 - 2019 school year are eligible. No other discounts may be used.
|Early Registration Discount||$20.00||per team||from August 13, 2019 until November 1, 2019|
|Buzzer System Discount||$10.00||each||from August 13, 2019 until January 25, 2020||One discount per team.|
|Multiple-Team Discount||$10.00||per team after the first||from August 13, 2019 until January 25, 2020|
|Cancellation Fee||$50.00||per team||from February 7, 2020 until February 15, 2020||Notwithstanding this fee, teams will always have seven days from when they register in which to cancel without penalty.|
Any teams that cancel within one week of the tournament will be charged a cancellation fee.
This tournament has a minimum fee of $50.00 per team.
Teams’ rosters must be finalized by Saturday, February 1, 2020.
