| New Program Discount | $40.00 | per team | Only the tournament director may apply this discount. Must be approved by the tournament director. This applies to schools that have not competed in any pyramidal-style quiz bowl tournament in the past two years. |
| Buzzer System Discount | $5.00 | each | Must be a fully-functional buzzer system that has at least four working buzzers on both sides and is able to indicate which player has buzzed. |
| Team-Provided Staff Discount | $10.00 | each | Only the tournament director may apply this discount. Must be approved by the tournament director. Staffers must bring their own laptop or device capable of editing Google Sheets and opening PDFs and be familiar with the rules of quizbowl. |
| Multiple-Team Discount | $10.00 | per team after the first | |
| Distance Traveled Discount | $5.00 | per team | Minimum Distance: 50. Only the tournament director may apply this discount. The discount is -$5 for each 50 miles traveled, one-way, according to Google Maps. |
Payment may be made by cash or by check, but cash is strongly preferred. Payment will be due at the start of the tournament during registration. There is a $10 dollar fee for late payment.
This tournament has a minimum fee of $55.00 per team.
Each team’s roster is limited to six players.
Teams’ rosters must be finalized by Friday, November 10, 2023.
