| Buzzer System Discount | $5.00 | each | from October 28, 2023 until March 8, 2024 | Maximum 2 per school. At most 18 for the whole tournament. |
| Team-Provided Staff Discount | $20.00 | each | from October 28, 2023 until February 24, 2024 | Only the tournament director may apply this discount. Must be approved by the tournament director. Discount may be available for a limited number of *experienced* tournament moderators. |
| Multiple-Team Discount | $10.00 | per team after the first | from October 28, 2023 until March 8, 2024 | |
| Distance Traveled Discount | $10.00 | per team | from October 28, 2023 until March 8, 2024 | Minimum Distance: 150. Only the tournament director may apply this discount. Discount will apply for teams traveling over 150 mi one-way to AHS. |
This tournament has a minimum fee of $40.00 per team.
Each team’s roster is limited to six players.
Teams’ rosters must be finalized by Friday, March 8, 2024.
